CAN’T TAKE IT BACK tells the story of four women—all connected—at different crossroads in their lives. As their stories intertwine it becomes clear that what happens to one affects them all and when one of their husbands makes a deadly decision everyone in their tight-knit circle will feel the impact. Told from multiple POVs this is a story about the evolution of love and the power of friendship.

AFTER THE BREAK is about an aspiring news anchor trying to balance career ambition with marriage and family. Just as she thinks she has it all figured out, Abby has an accident while racing to out-scoop a rival, resulting in a preemie baby and major guilt. Can both her career and her marriage survive her bad decisions?

Works in Progress:

HORSEFERRY ROAD is loosely based on my own grandmother’s life and is set in war-time London. Told through dual POVs and over a span of more than 70 years, HORSEFERRY ROAD follows Emma Huckle’s journey from her childhood in post-WWI London to her teen years during the Blitz and right through to the modern-day. It is a story of love, loss, regret, and family.

I wrote my first novel because
