IG Review: Dany the Bookworm
Wow! This book is something special. Kelly Duran delivers an original, engaging and touching novel. One that shares the challenges of marriage and motherhood; and the power of sisterhood and female friendships. There’s secrets and lies, romances and what-if’s; all tied with a bow, into a book that will have you thinking about it long after your done.
Audible Blog: Mother’s Day
There’s an entire, often-unseen community of mothers across the globe that share similar experiences and feelings. Listening to their stories on Mother’s Day can be exactly the warm hug you need to feel seen, understood and appreciated.
The recently released Audible Original, Can’t Take It Back is one such story. It details the interconnected lives of four women who meet through their kids’ kindergarten class, contrasting the complex private lives they lead and the complex bonds they form with one another.

“If I had to choose just one word to describe Kelly Duran’s audiobook, Can’t Take it Back, it would be addictive. I listened to about 75% of it that day because I just COULD NOT STOP. So damn good.” @TheBookClubMom

Review by Lady Lizzie Editing
“Duran explores the what marriage, divorce, and motherhood truly mean, contrary to the boundaries and expectations set by our society. It’s an important narrative that every woman needs to divulge in. This book is something I’ve always wanted to read. It was begging to be written. And it was done beautifully. 5 stars.”

QueryTracker Success Story
What advice would you give other writers seeking agents? Be patient. This process takes time and most writers will deal with a lot of rejection and heartache before a request or offer of rep. Rejection is hard but it’s part of the process and just putting yourself out there is a huge accomplishment. Keep writing. Write your next book while you are querying. Stay focused on your craft.
